To Start

What I need to start in order to put together a 3D Presentation Packageis the following:

1. Plans with dimensions.  I don’t need a final set of working drawings.  Most
   preliminary plans are sufficient for my needs.  If not, we can discuss what is
   missing and move ahead accordingly.
2. If you are getting an Exterior Package, I will need some type of exterior drawings
   (elevations preferred) that show materials and vertical dimensions.  This should
   also include any roof info such as pitch and direction(s).
3. If you will be getting an Interior Package, I will need some type of interior drawings.
   In most cases, building sections through the rooms desired, in the desired 3D Rendering direction.
4. Material samples for interior/exterior (See #2 & #3 above).  These can be delivered in many forms such as:  jpg, gif, bmp or descriptions or links to suppliers sites.  Pictures of materials can work as
   well, but also can be deceiving.
5. Site plan with any information you want shown, if you are doing a Package that
   includes showing the actual site in the 3D Rendering.
6. Background pictures, if you want to show the background
   as accurate as possible.  This option must include supplying the detailed site
   plan as well as the location and direction of each picture referenced on that
   site plan.
