Depending on what your would like to show for your presentation, you can chose different levels of Interior as well as Exterior Packages. We also offer Combination Packages that include Interior and Exterior views.

Package #1 – Exterior Basic – $350 per set. Each set includes:

  • Four (4) Exterior 3D Renderings
  • Delivered to client in both PDF and JPG formats.
  • Add $50 per floor for plans with more than one floor.
  • Options: (all option prices are cumulative)
    • full set using alternate materials…add $75 to above price
    • full set using
      alternate floor plans*, based on exterior dimensions, …add $75 to
      above price.
    • additional 3D rendering…add $50 per additional 3D rendering.

* The difference between and “alternate” plan and a
new plan is at the discretion of Concepts in Designs, LLC.

Package #2 – Interior Basic – $250 per room. Each set includes:

  • Four (4) Interior 3D Renderings
  • Delivered to client in both PDF and JPG formats.
  • Add $50 per floor for plans with more than one floor (if more than one floor appears in 3D Renderings).
  • Options: (all option prices are cumulative)
    • full set using alternate materials…add $75 to above price
    • full set using alternate floor plans*, based on interior dimensions, …add $45
      to above price.
    • additional 3D rendering…add $35 per additional 3D rendering.
    • additional room in background shown in 3D Rendering…add $50 per room shown.

Package #3 – Exterior Deluxe – $500 per set. Each set includes:

  • Four (4) Exterior 3D Renderings using the actual site plan with information provided by client to Concepts in Designs, LLC.
  • Delivered to client in both PDF and JPG formats.
  • Add $50 per floor for plans with more than one floor.
  • Options: (all option prices are cumulative)
    • full set using alternate materials…add $75 to above price
    • full set using alternate floor plans*, based on exterior dimensions, …add $75
      to above price.
    • additional 3D rendering…add $50 per additional 3D rendering.
    • Using actual pictures (supplied by client) of site in the background**
